Through pre-bid cooperative contracts that meet procurement code, and our general contracting license, we serve as a trusted single source for those requiring the highest caliber of HVAC, plumbing and controls solutions for official buildings. This also allows us the flexibility to complete ancillary deliverables such as electrical, roofing, ceilings, and lighting to create complete retrofits and mechanical room additions. We have completed many municipal projects including pre-planning and budgeting, design and installation of complete HVAC, plumbing and controls, matching the expectations and budget parameters of each project manager, facility manager, and maintenance manager we partner with.
Many of the projects we are involved with occur within Secure Compartmented Information Facilities, of SCIFs, that are designed for document storage. Here, optimum conditions are continuously required to protect the highest level of data. Our experience in these unique environments often connects us with a wide variety of specialized contractors, base administrators and the Corps of Engineers. Additionally, we hold an OSHA 30 certification designating us as Lifetime Certified for government installations.
The sequence for both projects minimized the impacts of the occupied building, and we were able to conduct business as usual.
