Hotel Del Coronado – Windsor Cottage
Windsor Cottage was a renovated historic building at Hotel Del Coronado for a new restaurant. The project included a new HVAC system for the kitchen and dining room, serviced by an existing four-pipe chilled water and heating hot water system fed from the historic Grande Hall mechanical room. This was considered a unique project where it was crucial to protect and maintain the historic appearance of the cottage while providing a modern upgrade to the interior amenities.
