Teradata/NCR is a 450,000 square foot research and development facility. This design-build project involved the replacement of all condenser water piping throughout the complex (4 buildings) and the installation of a new 300-ton chiller plant to expand the R&D data center.  Countywide provided a design solution and finished product that alleviated the deficiencies associated with the building’s HVAC system. The new HVAC system is an energy efficient, cost effective system that provides sufficient comfort to the building occupants and minimizes maintenance work orders.
