It’s hard to believe we opened our doors 20 years ago. Back then, we were a small service repair HVAC contractor, doing some small project work. When I look around at what we’ve built, I’m incredibly proud to be working next to the hardworking, dedicated employees we have at Countywide Mechanical Systems.
This anniversary celebration has been a fun walk down memory lane. Revisiting how we built this company reminded me of all of the accomplishments (and a few of those hurdles). We always looked ahead to see how we could grow and improve our business, but our success is boiled down to two factors: good work and good people.
Your reputation in this industry is everything. We cultivated our relationships and always strived to provide excellent service and quality work. The dedication of our employees to exemplify our values proves that, at the end of the day, that’s what matters.
Building this business goes beyond work we’re doing for our clients. We’re proud to be a part of our El Cajon community and of the charitable work we’ve been able to do in San Diego county.
I’ve enjoyed revisiting the memories of the past 20 years, but I’m even more excited about the future of Countywide. There are still more great things to come!
