With the award of the more than $20 million Sycuan Casino and Hotel Resort Expansion, Countywide Mechanical Systems has secured the largest project in their company history - the next closest is $11.9 million! The award of the Sycuan Casino and Hotel Resort Expansion is a testament to the strong relationship that Countywide Mechanical has built with their partner Swinerton Builders.

Other projects with Swinerton include: 460 16th Street, 520 West Ash, and Sharp Grossmont Hosptial Level 1 Infill, to name a few.

The Sycuan Casino and Hotel Resort Expansion project is adding 224,000 SF to the existing Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation's Casino and a new 216,000 SF Hotel tower with 302 rooms across 12 stories. The project includes 6+ miles of hydronic piping, 102+ tons of ductwork, 14+ miles of above-ground copper pipe, 6+ miles of sanitary waste and vent pipe, 1,800+ plumbing fixtures, four chillers totaling 3,000 tons, four cooling towers totaling 3,600 tons, four boilers totaling 14,600 BHP output, 24 AHUs totaling 203,000 CFM, and 107,000+ labor hours. The project will be modeled in Revit, with the entire central plant, underground plumbing and tower risers prefabricated in Countywide's shop. Mobilizing this week, the project is scheduled to complete in Spring 2019.
